Strozz for Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad
Privacy.
Last updated October 18, 2026
This policy describes the Strozz app and strozz.brando.page. Strozz connects to streaming services to play the content you choose. You can browse public Twitch streams and read chat without signing in.
Data on your device
Strozz stores preferences, cached content, viewing history, and playback progress on your device. Optional recommendations use your viewing history and followed categories. Personalization and history controls are available in the app's settings.
Connected accounts and iCloud
Signing in allows Strozz to access the streaming-service features you authorize, such as your follows and sending chat messages. Account tokens are stored in the device Keychain. Twitch sign-in and an optional Twitch rewards connection sync through encrypted records in your private iCloud database between devices using the same Apple Account. Viewing history and playback progress remain device-local.
Sign out disconnects the current device. Sign out everywhere signs out Strozz's synced Twitch connections on your other devices when they connect. You can also revoke Strozz's authorization through the streaming service.
Streaming and other services
Strozz requests video, chat, account information, artwork, and emotes from the services you use, including Twitch, YouTube, Kick, 7TV, BTTV, and FFZ, as supported on your device. These providers and their delivery networks receive connection information such as your IP address and the requested content. Signed-in actions are associated with your account at that provider. Optional Twitch rewards features report watch activity to Twitch.
Strozz also downloads shared discovery and creator-alias catalogs to support recommendations and simulcasts. Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.
Diagnostics and beta feedback
The app produces local diagnostic logs for troubleshooting. If you choose to share logs, screenshots, or feedback, the information you send is used to investigate the report. Review it before sharing, and do not post account tokens or other private information in public issues.
TestFlight is operated by Apple. Apple handles beta participation and may share crash information, usage information, and feedback with the developer under its TestFlight privacy terms.
This website
This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or account cookies. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes web requests, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect it. Links to TestFlight and GitHub take you to those services.
